Expanding our Minds

So we went to this fantastic place filled with culture, history, and beauty. To be able to experience beautiful art from hundreds of years ago just a short drive away is one to remember.

We recently had the opportunity to go to The Getty Villa. Set in the hills of Malibu, this Italian Villa has gorgeous landscapes filled with ponds, fountains, and foliage.

The statues and sculptures were intriguing and full of history.

There were many photo opportunities and Austin, with his keen eye for photography, took advantage of that. We were fortunate to have spent the sunny day with some good friends, including a few young ones who are learning the appreciation at a small age.



We ended the day with a delicious lunch on the patio that overlooked the outdoor amphitheater and a small glimpse of the ocean.
